Data the operator processes, retention windows, third parties involved and the rights the visitor can exercise.
What we collect
Strictly necessary cookies: a single session cookie that keeps the lobby filter state across page navigations. The session cookie expires when you close the browser or clear cookies from the footer.
Optional analytics: aggregated, cookie-less page-view counts. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them from the cookie banner in the footer.
Optional marketing: attribution cookies that help the desk understand which campaigns bring users to the lobby. Marketing cookies stay off until you accept them.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment details. All payments happen on the operator's cashier; the lobby never sees a card number, an account number, or a UPI handle.
We do not collect identity documents. KYC happens on the operator's verification flow; the lobby never holds a PAN, Aadhaar, or passport scan.
We do not run third-party advertising networks on this domain. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, no affiliate redirector with personal-data capture.
How to control cookies
The footer of every page has a 'Cookie settings' button. Click it to reopen the consent panel. From there you can accept all, decline optional, or revisit your choice at any time.
Browser-level cookie controls also work. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the lobby filter state will not persist across visits; navigation, search, and content reading continue to function.
Data retention and your rights
Optional analytics aggregates are retained for 13 months and then deleted. Session cookie state is deleted when you close the browser. Marketing cookies are deleted when you decline them or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
Subject to applicable law, you may request a copy of any personal data the lobby holds, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Send requests via /contact/ and the desk answers within the published SLA.
